We tend to read a script the way you’d read a building — looking for which rooms are closed, which doors don’t shut, where the air is thinner than it ought to be.
The work is documentary in its sourcing — fields, machinery, weather, specific rooms — and quiet in its assembly.
We usually come in at the script. The unseen film gets sketched at the writing table — what is heard, what is withheld, what is implied.
Long location work. Specific rooms, weather, machinery. The world before it’s staged. Most of what makes it to the final mix is captured here.
Bespoke impulse responses, often from rooms that don’t appear on camera. Voices and machines convolved through architectures the audience can feel.
Final pass with the director. No fixing — only finishing. The cut is judged by what the body feels, not by what the eye confirms.
One studio, one continuous attention — from the first read of the script through to a Dolby Atmos master cleared for IMAX and Netflix spec delivery.
